Hi Everybody,

I’m moving to Vilcabamba, Ecuador with my family where we will be growing mangoes and macadamia nuts in our eternal spring weather!  I’m so excited and I want to have one last Farewell Raw Food Potluck here at the Raw Mansion where we can all eat and share and listen to some music and say goodbye until we meet the next time.  Who knows, maybe you’ll come to Vilcabamba for my next Raw Food Potluck.

WHEN:        Saturday,June 4th,2011   from 6pm – till “who knows”

WHERE:   The Raw Mansion  1788 – 168th St., Surrey,BC

Please bring your favorite dish  and  make sure that it is big enough to feed at least 8 people. 
As usual, cutlery, plates, bowls, and cups are all provided.

The dinner will start at 7pm, but we have the door open at 6pm ….. to gather together … to share some new recipes … to use my kitchen to prepare your meal or just …look at each other and smile

We ask for $5 donation to cover cleaning costs and extra food prepared by the house so everyone has lots of food!  Not to mention of course my amazingly delicious well known Blueberry Cheesecake.

In the past potlucks, it was mentioned to organize some car pools to get as many people as possible out here. Please respond if you are driving and have room to take others.
